Your competent supervisory authority is determined by the federal state of your residence, your occupation or the suspected infringement. Purposes of Data Processing by Person Responsible and Third Parties

We process your person-related data only for the purposes stated under this Data Protection Declaration. A transmission of your personal data to third parties for any other purposes than those stated, will not be made. We pass on your personal data to third parties only if:

  • you have given your explicit consent thereto,
  • processing is required for the execution of a contract with you,
  • processing is required for compliance with a legal obligation,

processing is required to safeguard justified interests and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in the non-transmission of your data.

Erasure or Blocking of Data

We observe the principles of data avoidance and data economy. Such amended Data Protection Declaration shall apply when you return to this site.
