Purposes of Data Processing by Person Responsible and Third Parties

We process your person-related data only for the purposes stated under this Data Protection Declaration. A transmission of your personal data to third parties for any other purposes than those stated, will not be made. We pass on your personal data to third parties only if:

  • you have given your explicit consent thereto,
  • processing is required for the execution of a contract with you,
  • processing is required for compliance with a legal obligation,
  • processing is required to safeguard justified interests and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in the non-transmission of your data.

Erasure or Blocking of Data

We observe the principles of data avoidance and data economy.
